Located in North Central Phoenix nestled within a flood irrigated neighborhood, the Zipser Residence is a prime example of CollectiV’s capacity for custom residential design and renovation. This double wide lot features a lush landscape that can be easily maintained due to it’s elegantly simple and modern design. The existing landscape has been tailored to the client’s lifestyle, featuring an orchard, the conversion of a tennis court into a children’s activity area. A variety of shade structures tie into the home’s architecture, and other gathering spaces including firepits, a pool-side lounge, lawn space and more. CollectiV provided additional expertise by choosing a color palette that showcases the home’s architectural features.
